I have a friend whose Whatsapp status always says “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live”. Isn’t it true? Most of us feel so guilty for not being able to give the time and attention that our body needs because ‘WHO HAS THE TIME FOR IT?’. Seriously? You don’t have the time to look after yourself? How do you plan to look after your family then? Now, don’t tell me that you are not concerned about your family.
Out of the 24 hours you have, spend an hour everyday to improve the quality of your life, bit by bit. HOLD ON! I’m not insisting you to go to the gym and exercise. Spend time doing anything that makes you feel good. Spend 15 minutes a day to eat something healthy rather than just boiling that packet of 2 Minutes Instant Noodles. Meditate for 5 mins. Yes, just for 5 mins. Run/Go for a walk early in the morning for not more than 15 minutes. Soon, you will start realising the change in your body and your happiness levels.
